- Request and contact forms: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the appliance and problem you describe, and, if you provide them, your email address and message.
- Online booking: appointments are booked through Housecall Pro, our scheduling provider. The details you enter there are handled under Housecall Pro's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Technical data: like most websites, our server records basic request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To call or email you back about your request and schedule a repair.
- To answer questions about used appliances we sell.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-party services
Our contact page may show a map from Google Maps, which is loaded from Google's servers and subject to Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
How long we keep it
We keep request details only as long as needed to provide the service and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.
