How much does a diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic visit is $75. The fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.
Will I know the price before the repair?
Yes. After the diagnosis we tell you the exact price and start the repair only after you approve it.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Repairs are covered for 90 days for labor, and parts carry the manufacturer warranty.
Scheduling
How fast can you come?
Same-day or next-day service. Once your appointment is confirmed, we arrive within a 2-hour window.
Payment
How can I pay?
Cash, checks, and Zelle are accepted with no additional fees. Credit/debit card and Venmo payments are subject to an additional processing fee.
